Um, well there are a couple things that could be happening:
- I know everyone will tell you to use the blue screen for photocopies, but I haven’t used it in years. I’m not sure exactly what the purpose is.

- Large solid areas don’t print well regardless of how they’re printed. You can try making a lighter photocopy or cleaning the screen before after you burn the screen but before adding ink

- Are you using an image from a printer or photocopier? I’ve found that photocopied images work best

- I could just be old screens. I’ve definitely used a pack where nothing burned cleanly, but the next pack was fine

I’m not sure if any of that helps, but they’re the first things that come to mind. Good luck!
